Returns Policy

In store credit only. Merchandise must arrive back to us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order’s tracking number. Items must be in brand new condition. No signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free. SALE items are FINAL.

Return Process

Detailed guidelines for returns/exchanges:

  • Please do not attempt to return items beyond our 14 DAY exchange policy. I cannot send it back for free.
  • If you are planning on exchanging and are worried about your new size/color being sold out by the time your package arrives, let me know and I will pull the item back.
  • Please fill out enclosed card and indicate exchange or store credit.
  • Buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs unless I make a mistake.
  • Ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion, I do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the items is yours once delivered.

  • Once returned, your items will be processed in the next 1-2 business. I will either ship items out we have pulled back for the exchange along with a confirmation call letting you know your items have shipped. Or I will put the credit on file.

Shipping
I can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some addresses.


I ship a flat rate of $12.95 with the USPS Priority Mail 2-3 shipping to better serve everyone.  All orders placed after Saturday 12 p.m. will not ship out till the following Tuesday due to the shop being closed Sunday and Mondays. If you have any particular way you want your items to be ship please note you may be charged an additional charge.
